As a charity, AFECC values the excellent work of its volunteers but we are always on the lookout for more people who can help us become more productive. We have a wide range of projects which volunteers can participate in such as the Food Bank, Mothers and Toddlers or Women’s Coffee Morning.
Every project team require a variety of skill sets and experiences to ensure each programme runs as smoothly as possible and that every team member brings something different to the organisation.
A typical volunteer works in a given role with set or varied hours. This depends on what is required as part of the position and on how many hours an individual can offer. For AFECC, intention and being committed are the most important aspects.

Step Three: We will arrange a meeting, we’ll conduct an informal interview with you to ascertain your availability, what you have to contribute, suitable positions available, and any questions or queries that you may have
Step Four: Following the informal interview, we will agree which role and department you will be joining
